The location of the hotel was great - not too far away from a long-running amusement park. It was a relaxing area, a holiday base for me.

Reasonably clean accommodation, very professional and genuinely helpful staff. A good choice of food at continental breakfast including cereal, pastries, pancakes and fruit to order. Peaceful setting in the very very nice area, not far from a lovely Restaurant, and the town centre. For tea or coffee visit Han's Cafe nearby❤

Relaxed and friendly, yet up market decor with friendly professional staff. An easy stroll to shops and restaurants, along waters' edge. Located in an appealing holiday area, with a spacious balcony to our room looking out across the river. Clean and comfortable room.

The view from the room over the estuary was great - especially as we saw dolphins. The proximity to the performing Arts Centre made it extremely handy and the heated pool was a bonus. - Also nice to have room service breakfast delivered on time.
I thought the room service menu was rather limited and there was a general lack of information in the room. Also, we asked for a late check out - until midday or so and were told it would cost us $40 Dollars. That was totally ridiculous for a hotel that was not full and a hotel situated in Mandurah. We have owned a hotel in the past and have stayed in many upmarket hotels all over the world and this was a first. - The receptionist was totally inflexible which made us realize she could not have been very experienced. It is these kind of touches that make a real difference to a place's reputation.

the location is just great. The staff extremely professional. nothing too much trouble:)
Being there on a tuesdy night i was told the restaurant next to hotel was open, but when i arrived there i was told it is not open Monday or Tuesday Night. Being on my own i didnt feel like walking about on my own to find something else, but the bar man said i could order from bar, a bit noisy if you just want to have a quiet meal. Clients need to be told about the restaurant not being open on those two night so they can arrange something else if they don't want to go to the bar.

Had a great time. Neat, clean, modern and excellenty located hotel.
The room was too close to the m Bar, so was a bit noisy. Being woken up at 05h15 for a fire that did not exist.Had I been the Hotel Manager, I would have either offered a complimentary breakfast or discounted tarrif.
